Back in October we launched the hotline as a test pilot for what we're pretty sure is the world's very first 24 hour paranormal advice and tip line. The number was such a hit that it was a unanimous decision to go ahead and make the hotline a permanant addition to the team's public services. Sure, we don't do private home investigations except in very rare special circumstances, but surely we can offer our personal help in other ways. This is one of them.

With this number you can call into the office and speak with one of the members of the team. If you've got a problem, we'll do our very best with our resources to get you some prompt help. If it's nothing that we believe we can handle within our realm of expertise, we'll connect you with someone in your area who we believe is best suited for the job. If you've got a question, we'll get you an answer, and if you've got a tip on an awesome haunted hot spot, we'll gladly jot it down into our big black notebook and keep it in mind for the next time we hit that area.

Keep in mind that due to things like high call valume, variance in schedules, and the ability to sometimes sleep through everything short of a nuclear attack, that there's a possibility that we might not catch your call immediately.
